General role description:
We are looking for a Business Developer with experience in IT Outsourcing and IT Staffing, capable of generating new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with clients. The role involves selling both outsourcing services (dedicated teams, end-to-end projects) and staffing services (contractors, team augmentation).
Main responsibilities:
Identifying and actively prospecting new clients for IT outsourcing and staffing services;
Generating leads through outreach (LinkedIn, email, networking, events);
Qualifying opportunities and understanding clients’ IT recruitment / delivery needs;
Selling staff augmentation, contracting, and dedicated team services;
Managing the entire sales process (from lead to closing);
Collaborating closely with recruitment and delivery teams to quickly identify suitable candidates;
Presenting candidate profiles and coordinating the interview process with the client;
Negotiating rates, contractual terms, and SLAs;
Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients (account management);
Monitoring the market and trends in IT hiring and outsourcing.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development / sales in IT staffing or IT outsourcing;
Clear understanding of delivery models: staff augmentation, contractors, nearshore/offshore;
