“I’ve seen how the team has grown, technologies have diversified, and projects have become increasingly complex and ambitious. I’ve had the chance to be involved in building the foundation of the department I am part of and to actively participate in its evolution.”, he shares.
Alexandru envisions digitalization as a character that never stops learning and improving, constantly reshaping the world: “Digitalization is like Gaia’s youngest daughter, who is no longer so small and is starting to shape her own ideas. Initially molded by the needs of those around her, now she is creating her own vision, causing change with every step.”

Advice for IT beginners
“During studies, a beginner’s exposure is limited to exams, laboratories, and short-term projects. However, in the workplace, exposure is constant and includes not only delivery but the entire preparation process. Therefore, it’s essential for estimates and self-assessments to consider the entire journey, not just the outcome. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, and above all, don’t rush to justify every mistake—it’s part of the learning process.”
