There are people who step into a new place with timid steps, yet manage, without even realizing it to leave an important mark. That’s how Denisa Zamfir, Communication Specialist, entered the Connections office this January.
Even though she is new to the marketing team, Denisa was entrusted with a complex task: to listen, to discover, and to carry forward the stories of our connectors. And we can say, perhaps with a touch of subjectivity, that she did an outstanding job. She is the one who brought to life the articles in the second edition of Meet our Connectors. Now, as we wrap up this year’s series, it’s her turn to step into the spotlight.
Optimism, Empathy, and Creativity – Denisa’s Recipe for Success
Denisa is the splash of color in the office, always warm and smiling, attentive to the details that make a difference both in daily life and in her work. She approaches every experience with optimism and confidence, convinced that a positive attitude brings corresponding results. She manages to see potential where others encounter obstacles and finds creative solutions tailored to each situation.
Within the team, she often takes on the role of empathetic listener and constructive critic, helping to maintain an atmosphere of trust and collaboration. Driven by her desire to understand others’ perspectives and provide valuable feedback, she supports not only the professional growth of her colleagues but also the smooth functioning of cross-departmental collaboration.
Digitalization: a subtle character with a strong voice
Although this field might at first seem less appealing to a creative person, Denisa appreciates how much technology helps her in daily life, keeping her connected to people and making her work easier. Always with her camera at hand, ready to capture a spectacular sunset or a brunch with friends, she values the fact that, thanks to technology, she can instantly share these moments with her loved ones, even if they are hundreds of kilometers away.
If digitization were a character, Denisa would describe it with a touch of originality, with the clear gaze of someone who sees beyond the present and the confident steps of someone who is not afraid of the unknown. With a discreet voice, but one that makes all other perspectives heard. Always chameleon-like, today in a cloud server, tomorrow in an application, digitization is for her a force that brings innovation, but also helps maintain order.
The hottest topic for Denisa?
The question that would guide her in an IT industry referendum is simple and essential: “How do we keep the human touch in an increasingly automated world?”
And she even offers the answer: “We live in a time when algorithms, artificial intelligence, and automation shape our work rhythm, but what truly makes a difference is how we manage to preserve authenticity, empathy, and the human voice in everything we communicate.” Denisa is particularly focused on how we can craft messages that not only reach people but also stay with them.
A message for those just starting out
Being herself a recent master’s graduate, she leaves us with a message for those who are now stepping into the tech world or are at the beginning of their careers: “Don’t forget that every great person started somewhere, with small steps, trials, and errors. Don’t compare yourself to others, everyone has their own pace. Take things step by step – you don’t have to know everything from day one. If you’ve been given the opportunity, it means you deserve to be here and you are capable of building something valuable. Patience and perseverance are your best allies.”
