Mădălina Andreea Ana: When HR means more than recruitment

“A digital interviewer can be helpful, but it can’t pick up on the nuance of a hesitant answer or a candidate’s need for clarification. An interview is a relational act—not just a competency check.”

The hottest topic for Mădălina professionally remains one of modern HR’s biggest challenges: finding, and even more importantly, retaining talent. 
“We live in a competitive market, where it’s not enough to bring the right people into the company — the real challenge is keeping them,” she says. Providing space for growth, an environment where people feel heard, and a true sense of purpose in their work — these are the real differentiators. 

With the same empathetic lens, she offers advice to those just starting their journey in tech: 
“Patience, perseverance, and dedication. And perhaps most importantly: finding a good mentor who can guide you through the key moments.” 
Because, from experience, she knows that sometimes the seemingly small moments: a conversation, a bit of encouragement and even a single decision, can redefine an entire career path.
