General description of the role
A SalesSupport Specialist is a professionalwhoprovidesassistanceandsupporttothesales team byrespondingtocustomerinquiries, processingorders, andmaintainingsales-relateddatabases. They play a crucial role in ensuringsmoothsalesoperationsandcustomersatisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Maintain close communication with operational and recruitment departments, sharing the specific requirements of new clients and acting as a liaison between outdoor sales colleagues and operational colleagues;
Check/update resource work orders;
Customer order update checkups;
Generating TimeSheets for resources;
Verification of invoices, TimeSheet’s of the resources and invoice modification requests, TimeSheet – end/beginning of the month;
Request for approval hours worked by resources – end/beginning of the month;
Generation of additional reports/folders with Time Sheet /customer specific requirements – end/beginning of the month;
Request to issue invoices for customers – end/beginning of the month;
Sending Client invoices together with additional folders – end/beginning of the month;
Newsletter change requests;
Transmission of newsletter to the network of collaborators;
Setting interviews with candidates for new open positions;
Onboarding the resource – generating ctr/order/ Time Sheet collaborator & specific requirements for the Client’s onboarding process.
