General description of the role
The role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems, in both cloud and on-premise environments.
Responsabilities:
Administer and optimize infrastructure across Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) as well as Windows Server environments;
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes;
Manage production Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting;
Develop and maintain Shell/Bash and PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks;
Administer cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and integrate it with on-premise systems;
Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform and Ansible;
Monitor systems and respond to incidents to ensure service availability, reliability, and performance;
Collaborate closely with development teams to enhance deployment workflows and strengthen DevOps practices.
