Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in custom software development projects, preferably within enterprise environments
Strong background in banking or fintech, with exposure to projects such as digital onboarding, loan origination, KYC/AML, or credit processing
Advanced skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories), as well as defining TO-BE processes
Solid knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and hands-on experience with analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, etc.)
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX, architecture)
Excellent skills in facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and aligning business and IT teams
Knowledge of integration with external systems (e.g., credit bureaus, eKYC solutions, electronic signature tools, etc.)
Relevant certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, Scrum Master
