Key responsibilities

• Greets clients with courtesy and announces their arrival to the necessary departments;
• Booking meetings;
• Arranging couriers;
• Keeping the reception area tidy;
• Answering and forwarding phone calls;
• Provides administrative support to the executive staff when needed, such as data entry, preparing correspondence, and record-keeping;
• Coordinates with the office manager to ensure office supplies are well stocked;
• Maintaining contact with the travel agency for reservations (hotel, plane tickets, etc);
• Maintaining contact with different suppliers (couriers, cleaning company, office supplies);
• Ensuring the protocol activities – coffee/tea/ water;
• Creating tickets to solve technical problems.
